Our Founder - Kari VanNoy is a paralegal who saw a myriad of problems occurring when small business owners didn’t have their company paperwork up to date. One small business owner they knew had most of his business deductions disallowed, one owner was sued and the opposing attorney was able to get to not only his business assets, but also his personal assets, too! They took his home, car and business and essentially he had to start over.

Linda Allen is a paralegal who has a vast experience in online and offline publishing and marketing. Linda joined our team in 2009. Prior to joining our Just A Minute, LLC team, she helped hundreds of clients with their internet marketing and web presence. If you've been a client of ours for a while, you may already be noticing the improvements with our communications and online tools. These will keep evolving as she works her magic.

Aubrey Perkins is our customer service and minute prep specialist. She is energetic and pays close attention to detail so your minutes are precise and correct.

When Aubrey isn't busy preparing your minutes, she is attending school at Arizona State University. She is an aspiring event planner and loves to plan parties.

We think she's the greatest and we'll let you in on a little secret....she just got engaged! We are excited for you Aubrey.

Ashley Dollander heads up our sales and marketing team. She loves working with small business owners to ensure their business is protected and fully documented. She really cares about each one of our clients.

She pays close attention to each of our clients to make sure their company minute service is current and up to date.

She gradutes from Arizona State University in May 2010 in Sociology. Outside of work Ashley can be found hiking and spending time with her friends and family.
