The Minutes service offered by Just a Minute has saved us a lot of time and effort. Since they're the experts, I don't have to look up the format and context of how I should write up a resolution when I make a new business decision. Just a Minute simply takes down the necessary information, and sends me a structured, accurate resolution I can simply sign and put into my Corporate Minutes Book. It's a wonderful service for a very reasonable price (about $40 per month).

WOW I am sure glad to be back with Just A Minute services. After only 60 days I realized that "service" is what it is all about and service is what you get with Just A Minute.
When I left Just A Minute thinking that another company would be just as good but at a lower rate, I was terribly wrong. Initially the representative was very well spoken and returned my emails and phone calls almost immediately. I was impressed with their other services as well.
BUT after he "handed me over" to the person that was going to take my account, my emails and phone calls were never returned. They were finally once I contacted the initial rep. Then I received their "check list" which was faxed over to me. It was crooked on the page, no company name, phone number or anything. It looked like it had been copied 10 times over and maybe even crumpled a bit!! Anyway -- once this personal FINALLY received my information I didn't get my minutes for January until the end of February!
When the representative wouldn't return calls or emails and the manager wouldn't either, I figured it was time to get back to some sanity and the best customer service I knew -- which is with Just A Minute. You guys rock and you handle everything with a professional look and feel. Again, I appreciate being able to come back and look forward to you handling my company minutes now and forever! THANKS!!
