Included in this package are:

5 Resolutions

• Maximum of 5 resolutions throughout the year (Each company action equals one resolution. For example, if you add an employee - that is 1 resolution and if you buy a new piece of equipment - that is 1 resolution. All five of your resolutions can be in the same month or spread out over the year.)

Annual Minutes

• Approval of all resolutions we have done for you throughout the year
• Waiver of notice of meeting
• Appointment of directors/officers/members
• Ratification of all past acts of directors/members
• Stockholder’s meeting and directors meeting (for corporations)
• Partnership meeting signed by the General Partner (for FLP’s)
• Meeting of the members (for LLC’s)
